Active SCE residential customers considering owning or leasing an Battery Electric or Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle may be eligible to receive up to $4,000 in rebates! The SCE Pre-Owned EV Rebate program offers one of two options, based on your household level of income, when you purchase or lease an eligible pre-owned electric vehicle.
With the Standard Option, eligible applicants may receive $1,000 for the purchase or lease of a pre-owned EV.
With the Rebate Plus Option, income-qualified applicants may instead receive $4,000 based on their household level of income for the purchase or lease of a pre-owned EV.
